For plain umbrellas (our regular and seasonal range, without customisation) the minimum order is 144 pieces – 12 dozen. For logo-printed umbrellas the minimum is 300 pieces. Canopy tents can be ordered from a single piece, although the single-piece price is different from the wholesale price.
No. For umbrellas we deal only in bulk – with wholesalers, distributors, retailers and companies. Canopy tents are available from a single piece.
Yes, for umbrella orders of 5,000 pieces or more. The sample is paid – ₹500 per sample, printed with your logo and name. Call or WhatsApp us to discuss your requirement.

For customised umbrellas: 50% advance with the order, and the remaining 50% before dispatch – the full amount must be paid before the order leaves our factory. We accept UPI, NEFT, RTGS, cheque and cash; a payment is treated as received once it is credited to our account.

Between November and March. Prices are at their lowest in November and rise gradually month by month until March, so the earlier you book your stock for the coming monsoon, the better your rate.
Screen printing and digital printing, depending on your logo and requirement. Screen printing suits logos with up to 3 colours; logos with more than 3 colours are printed digitally. The more colours in the logo, the higher the printing cost.
Up to 8 impressions – one on each panel, as standard Indian umbrellas have 8 panels.
Yes. With digital printing on white fabric we can reproduce any colour – just share your colour's hex code.
CDR or PDF is preferred.
Yes. We share a PDF mock-up showing exactly how your umbrella will look. Printing starts only after you approve it.
Yes, for bulk orders. We manufacture umbrellas under our clients' own brand names, including orders of 2,000 to 5,000 dozen, with custom packaging.
Yes, we deliver across India.
Yes, plain umbrellas are generally available from ready stock. For large bulk orders, book early – November offers the lowest prices, and rates rise gradually until March.
Orders can be collected from our Dombivli West shop and our Bhiwandi factory outlet. Kalbadevi (Mumbai) is our booking office. Please schedule a meeting before visiting any location.
During the season – after Diwali through to August – the Bhiwandi factory runs 24/7 and you can visit to see samples. Please book an appointment first so that we can be there to serve you personally.
We do not offer a replacement warranty, but if an umbrella has a manufacturing defect we repair it and return it to you. Imported umbrellas (such as capsule, reverse, UV and windproof umbrellas) cannot be repaired.
Every order goes through multiple quality and packing checks, so defects are rare. If pieces are damaged in transit, send them back to us – we repair them and return them to you.
Yes. All our umbrellas are manufactured under one roof at our own factory in Bhiwandi – except a few speciality styles such as capsule and reverse umbrellas, which are imported.
Umbrellas in 21", 23", 25", 27" and 30"; garden umbrellas of 6, 7 and 8 ft; 10 ft centre-pole umbrellas and side-pole umbrellas. Canopies and tents are available in all standard market sizes.
Over a decade. Our founder and owner, Mr. Pankaj Jha, has around 35 years of experience in the umbrella industry.
We work in two verticals. Seasonal umbrellas (our Shadow Umbrellas brand): wholesalers, distributors, shop owners, retailers and mega-mart buyers. Promotional umbrellas (Mukund Enterprises): corporate houses, political parties, branding agencies, event management agencies and marketing partners.
